The Beatles song has the answer.
“I’m going to try with a little help from my friends.”
My friends kicked my butt last week and provided a sobering reality check. They didn’t know that by sharing their updates on personal goals and insights that I would make a commitment to get out of the muck. I am so grateful that their energy rubbed off on me.
I was stuck. Seriously stuck.
I’m writing a book and am juggling a number of random tasks for taking the book to market.
My core problem is a sense of being overwhelmed that stops me in my tracks and eats away at my productivity. I am distracted by the big list: the marketing plan for the book; speech design and speech delivery for the promotion part of making a book successful; and oh yeah, I need to finish interviews and research for the book.
